FairGuidance Training Course
The training course and its handbook is the main product of the project. The handbook includes seven modules with theoretical inputs, different exercises and a curriculum for trainers (offering trainings for counsellors and guidance practitioners). It can serve as a reference guide for counsellors to improve their knowledge and skills and also be used for self-directed learning processes.
